How does shipping / turnaround time work?

Plain and simple, no one wants to be without their firearm for an extended period of time, so I offer something unique in the stipple industry.

I offer a QUEUE system , meaning your place in line is scheduled on a calendar, instead of with your physical frame.

If you are ready to get work done: Text me requesting to be placed in queue.

- We will then decide on a completion date, as well as a timeframe of when to ship, to ensure a quick turnaround.

While you wait to ship, print and fill out our Custom Order Form & a Copy of your DL to include with your shipment.​

​

Payment is processed over phone, at time of COMPLETION.

What is the difference between queue time and lead time?

Lead time   is the time it takes to complete your order, starting on your scheduled date.

- Average lead time (per frame) is approx. 1-2 business days. 

​

Example: If you are scheduled on the 10th of the month, and I receive your frame on the 9th, it will be completed and shipped the 10th or 11th.

​

Queue time   is how long you will be waiting before shipping to me.​

​

How long will I be in queue?

Feel free to ask us at any time how long our current queue is!

How do I ship my frame?

​

Firearms may ONLY be shipped through your local FFL, FedEx or UPS.   I recommend using a small Fedex Express white box.

You must ship the frame 2-day or faster

​

1.) Request to be placed in QUEUE.​ You will then be given a scheduled completion date, along with a time frame of when to ship, to ensure a quick turnaround.

2.) Print and fill out a copy of our Custom Order Form.

3.) Print a copy of your State ID

4.) Ship listed items to the address on the order form.

Do you offer a Mil / LEO / First Responder discount?

Absolutely!  To show our support, anyone current or former MIL / LEO/ F.R. will receive a 10% discount on any purchase.

Can i ship my frame earlier than recommended, if needed?

YES!   If you want/need to ship your frame to arrive earlier than recommended, feel free! 

​What if I have multiple frames I'd like worked on?

If you have multiple frames to get worked on -

- Request to be placed in queue just like normal, and specify how many frames you're wanting done.

-I will then schedule you for the appropriate number of days needed in my queue system.
